Delete Your CallPilot Account

You can request deletion of your CallPilot account and account-linked application data from inside the CallPilot web or mobile app.
Delete from the mobile app
- Open the CallPilot mobile app.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
Delete from the web app
- Go to CallPilot Settings.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
What is deleted or deactivated
- Your CallPilot account access is disabled.
- Account profile information such as name, username, email, role, and account status is removed or deactivated according to operational requirements.
- Account-linked LiveKit project records and app-managed settings are removed or deactivated where applicable.
- Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backups, audits, or dispute resolution.
- Deleting your CallPilot account does not delete resources directly stored in your external LiveKit account or telephony provider account.
